Thank you Micheal for suggesting it. Having watched the sessions before, I thought going through them again with the workbook would be enough to prepare me to facilitate the program at our Church. But after your suggestion I do the class on line I can tell already that this will greatly benefit me more so than going through the program alone even doing the workbook.
